The Monument Hill Consolidated Company was formed in August 1934, with a nominal capital of £62,500, with 125,000 shares at 10/- each. The mine went into voluntary liquidation in March 1953. Monument Hill Consolidated Bendigo N.L. was situated at 23 Rose Street and Mackenzie Streets, Golden Square, Bendigo.
