At the bottom is a sow with piglets and the other some sheep. In the centre on the left is the old Post Office and clock and further away, the Law Courts. Inside is Smoke Social tendered to The Visiting Delegates of the 15th Annual Convention of the Chamber of Agriculture by the Bendigo Agricultural & Horticultural Society. Held at the Town Hall, Bendigo on Thursday, 5th July, 1917. Commemorative, souvenir booklet of the visit to the RSS Mills by HRH Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester on Saturday, 3rd November 1934. HRH stayed at 'Ercildoune' at Burrumbeet, Victoria, home of H. Alan Currie, MLC, and a merino stud containing descendents of the historic King George III flock.
