Legacy have many programs to send young junior legatees on activities, camps and outings. The photos shows a group of junior legatees outdoors on a farm. In one they are swimming in a dam, in another they are walking and the other is of a campfire. They appear to be the same camp (03170 and 03172). The date is not known though the smaller photo size might mean it is from the 1980s or 1990s, and were stored with other photos of Junior Legatees. The photo shows a group of people on an outing. There are 2 men, 5 youths and 12 boys. It could be Legatees taking junior legatees somewhere. The names and date is unknown as there are no inscriptions on the reverse. It is possible it was L/- Stan Savige's property in Balnarring. Legatee Savige had a beach side property that he allowed to be used for summer camps and outings by Legacy. The Women featured in this image seem to be on a re-union outing. Two confirmed identities are Berenice who appears and provides commentary on her memories as a young woman hosting dances at the Mission between WW2 and 1960 in a documentary produced by Csilla Tsongaray circa 2005. Marjorie Duckett's identity was confirmed by her nephew and in two articles in Ship to Shore newsletter. ( Search this database under the term Duckett for more background). The wedding took place in an Ithacan village some time in the 1920s. Possible location is the village of Exoghi. The bride is Sevasti Sofianou nee Varvarigou.
