In 2004, the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria (AFV), incorporating Osteoporosis Victoria (OV) presented several members with a Long Service Award. This envelope was used by a member to post three Photographs, taken at the awards ceremony, to the Foundation.COL scan of the front of a white envelope, date stamped "(illegible) INLET (illegible) DEC 2004 VIC 3231". [3231 is the postcode for Airey's Inlet in Victoria.] In the top right corner of the envelope is a stamp depicting a colour drawing of a black steam train. Across the top of the envelope, to the right, is a machine stamp that reads "PC DLC 54… (the last digit is illegible due to being obscured by the date stamp). Handwritten in blue ink, the envelope is addressed to "Mrs. J. Robinson. C/o Arthritis Victoria P/O Box 130 Caulfield South VIC. 3162. The envelope is torn across the top.
