One of the many events held during National Arthritis Week in 2004 was a Tai Chi exercise demonstration at Federation Square in Melbourne. In this photo, a group of people, led by an instructor, are doing a Tai Chi exercise routine. Some of them are wearing bright blue "Arthritis Victoria" t-shirts. There are some buildings in the background, including the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) building located in Federation Square, and St Paul's Cathedral across the road on Flinders St. The event is featured in a round up of National Arthritis Week 2004 events on pages 12-13 of the Vol 17 issue 2, Winter 2004 edition of the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria's quarterly magazine, Update.COL photo of a group of people standing in a paved town square. They are holding their arms straight, with flat palms, down in front of their thighs. One person has their arms up, palms downwards, at chest level. Behind them (in the right half of the frame), there are several wide corner steps leading to a large modern building. At the top of the building, there is an "SBS" television network logo. In the distance, to the left of the frame, there is a cathedral and a multistory building.[On a white label, printed in black ink] NAW 2004 - TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS - FEDERATION SQUARE - TUESDAY 20TH APRILarthritis foundation of victoria, afv, arthritis victoria, av, national arthritis week, naw, tai chi, exercise demonstration, federation square, special broadcasting corporation, sbs, television network, melbourne, 2004
