On front of handwritten document : specifications for machinery and ironwork engineer and ironfounder for building plant for the Hercules & Energetic Goldmining Comp., Sandhurst. The contractor is to supply and deliver on the claim of the above Company the following machinery &c - and to get proper receipts for same from the Contractor for the erection of plant. Areas in specifications include: repairs to engine and boiler set-up & c., safety valve, whistle, cylinder, stop valve, piston, eccentric, crank shaft, feed pump & eccentric, flywheel very extensive descriptions of all areas, some with diagrams.
