Box is of unknown origin. Possibly may have contained a medal or ribbons. Originally belonged to Sgt Robert J Tyrell who served in 39th Battalion in circa 1925-26 and in WW2 was part of the Volunteer Defence Corps. R/N in 1925-26 was 172769.Small brown varnished wooden box with indentations for Mother of Pearl inlays.
