The cream brick building on the RHS of the house is a Telstra complex. The cottage was demolished in the early 2000s and a fast-food outlet now occupies the site. The cottage was one of a group of small attractive buildings erected along the northern end of Evans Street in the second half of the nineteenth century.A non-digital coloured photograph of a small double fronted Victorian cottage with a slate roof and a verandah across the front of the house.
