The had the following children:- Frederick Albert Carl (18/6/1900 - 11//2/1944); Marie Victoria (1903-1913) and Vincent Patrick (9/7/1904-28/9/1986). The newspaper has misnamed their daughter. Frederick was a Corporal in the army during WW2, No. VX12788, and served in New Guinea. He died at the Convalescent Depot in Ballarat from cerebral oedema.
