Note by T.H. Kneen 20.02.1991, Early stages of landscaping for the new building. Note young Magnolia grandiflora planted to soften stark wall. The building comprised right to left Principal's office, office for school teaching staff, offices for Fruit Preserving Branch, Agrostology Branch and future Plant Breeding Branch (branches of the Department of Agriculture), four class rooms, Assembly Hall, Library and student change rooms.
