Details from his logbook show flights included bombing strikes, practice torpedo drops, a special mission in co-operation with the army, torpedo and mine drops in the South West Pacific Arena.Kevin O'Doherty was an Armourer/Air Gunner on Catalina flying boats, while he was flying in 11 and 43 Squadrons.
