He was the Mayor of City of Sunshine for one term 1993 - 1994. This video records Mayor Cr. George Parnis term of being the Mayor of the City of Sunshine. The committee comprised of Legatees Armstrong (Chairman), Blackall, Brain, Carleton, Kemsley, G Langley, Sheldon, and Vines.
