Stawell Street was closed temporarily to allow for a an A-frame Comalco building to be erected near the Memorial Hall. After the event the building was relocated to Rupertswood and erected in the college grounds.At the time the Convention was an important event to be held in Sunbury.A paper bound book of 157 pages with an aerial photograph of a rural landscape on the wrap-around cover.
