Photos of a Legacy gathering at the Legacy Garden of Appreciation that later has the 'Widow and Children' statue installed (1998). The Garden is in a cruciform shape and is on the eastern side of the Shrine Reserve near Birdwood Avenue. It was formerly called the Garden of Memory (1980-1986 - according to Monument Australia website, which also says "The poppies that bloom in the garden are from seeds taken from Villers-Bretonneux in France."). Date of these photos is unknown but could be in the late 1980's when the garden was renamed the Legacy Garden of Appreciation.
