The local Bulla CFA were invited to come to the Bulla Primary School and talk to the children about the importance of their task in the area. Jack McKenzie is showing the little girl how to hold the fire hose. Jack McKenzie was a local Bulla resident and a CFA volunteer for many years. The children are from Bulla Primary School. The local Bulla CFA fire truck is from Region 14 and they were invited to attend the school to talk to the students and to show them some of the workings of the trucks and the role of the CFA in their region. Then local CFA were invited to speak to the students at Bulla Primary School in the 1990s. During the visit the firemen explained the workings of the fire trucks and necessary fire precaution measures.It is important that the children have an awareness of the importance of the local CFA Group as well as understanding the importance of fire precaution measures.
