Obituary of Roger de Stoop. Born 7/12/1912 died 18/4/1999. Born in Flanders, Belgium he expanded the family business to Melbourne (Blackburn North) after World War II. The first company to produce Belgian damask ticking in Australia. The business was sold to British conglomerate, Smith & Nephew in mid 1960.
