Letter from Daryl McClure, M.L.A., Bendigo, January 31st 1980, to Mr. R. Wright, Western Mining Corporation, concerning the costings for a submersible pump for installation at the Central Deborah Gold Mine, Bendigo. The budget figure was $32,000. The water would be pumped from a depth of 700 ft to a depth of 100 ft. It was anticipated that it would take approximately 200 days to reach that level. Richardson are inspecting some of the concentric rings of iron oxide and the quartz spur running through the centre of the outcrop on Victoria Hill.
