Large leather-bound family photograph album with gold-foiled decoration, containing black-and-white photographs of members of the Ziebell family. Many of the images featured in the publication The House that Christian Built. The album also contains memorial bookplates commemorating family members including Henry Ziebell, Charles Ludwig Ziebell, Heinrich August Sprenger and Elisabeth Ziebell, recording details of their deaths and burial places. Donated to Ziebell's Farmhouse Museum by Janet Hubbard.

Small medicine glass bottle branded "C.J. Ziebell, Britannia Pharmacy". The bottle is associated with Charles Johann Ziebell, a pharmaceutical chemist who, after studying in Germany, operated the Britannia Pharmacy in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, for the entirety of his working life. During this period, Brunswick Street was home to numerous pharmacies, shops and medical practices. Charles was reportedly the first chemist in Australia to manufacture hydrogen peroxide, along with developing a range of other pharmaceutical and beauty products. Hydrogen peroxide was produced in a building located behind the pharmacy. Family history suggests that a large chemical company later acquired or appropriated Charles's formula. Believing he had been unfairly treated, and amidst strong anti-German sentiment during the early twentieth century, Charles subsequently took his own life.Small clear medicine glass bottle branded "C.J. This moustache cup holds high historical, cultural, and familial significance as a rare surviving example of personal tableware associated with Heinrich Emil Julius (‘Jules’), born 1871, a sociable and well-known travelling salesman for the Schneider china company. More than a decorative piece, the cup reflects Jules’ profession, identity, and daily life as he travelled regional routes by buggy, promoting and selling fine porcelain to households and retailers. The moustache cup also embodies the close-knit relationships within the extended Ziebell family. Jules visited his first cousin Charles Ziebell and Charles’ wife Annie weekly at their Chapel Street smallgoods shop, where he would share lunch and bring items of quality tableware sourced through his work. Much of the couple’s china collection, including this moustache cup, entered the family through Jules, marking it as an object of familial exchange, generosity, and affection. Manufactured by Porzellanfiguren Gräfenthal, with origins in the renowned German firm Unger, Schneider & Co. (established 1859), the cup is also a fine representation of nineteenth-century German porcelain craftsmanship. The continuity of production methods and marks well into the twentieth century further enhances its material interest. Together, its documented provenance, association with prominent Ziebell family members, connection to German porcelain history, and representation of social customs such as moustache-wearing and specialised drinking vessels make this moustache cup a meaningful and culturally valuable item within the Ziebell family collection and the broader narrative of German migration and domestic life in Victoria. According to a handwritten note inserted in the volume and dated 22 March 1959, the notebook contains a collection of original German poems written by Charles and members of his family. The volume also contains a bookplate commemorating the confirmation of Otto Ziebell in 1887 and a loose prayer sheet titled Be Faithful Unto Death. The notebook formed part of a group of German-language family items inherited by Janet Hubbard from her grandfather, Henry Christian Ziebell (1911–1988), and was later donated to Ziebell's Farmhouse Museum by Janet HubbardBound notebook containing handwritten poems in German, likely compiled for personal use or family exchange.
