These are 2 volumes of 16th Century legal tracts, for Justices of the Peace about how to conduct court business. They were purchased for the library in the 19th Century.Very rare. Unsure if other libraries in Australia hold a copy. Made more significant by the 16th Century owners with their autographs.2 Volumes of Leather Bound Books, with gold lettering. Has the stamp of the Library on the outside cover, stating the Colony of Victoria. Has a number of signatures, including that of Christopher Pym, from 1575christopher pym
