A blue coloured cardboard cover which has signs of water damage on it and it is slightly buckled. Under the Australian Army Insignia is the niformation in black ink. Top right hand corner reads 7610-66-107-6806. There are two punch holes down the left hand side.There is a name in blue ink which I think reads Sgt Raynant, D. F.
