This photo is recorded as depicting Dot Bunting, a volunteer cataloguer at the Burke Museum for many years, sitting at a desk writing. Dorothy Bunting was a Beechworth resident who passed away in 2013, and who was responsible for cataloguing 700 books at the Bourke Museum.This photograph is of social significance because it depicts a local person who was of importance to the Beechworth community as well as to the Burke Museum.
