Handwritten sheets are comments by Jack Barker re this paper which became known as "The Green Paper". Ballarat College of Advanced Education Director Dr John Sharpham wrote document "Ballarat College of Advanced Education and the Future" in response. Document divided into 4 Parts totaling 10 Chapters plus Tables and Figures and Appendices.Presented in blue plastc folder with metal slide fastener. This has made rust marks on paper.
