Francis Alan BURCHNALL VX58285, 2/10 Ord W/shops enlisted 24.6.41, promoted to Cpl, possibly embarked with his father on 10.1.42. Taken P.O.W he lost his life on the Sandakan Death march in Borneo 4.6.45. His father also lost his life in Borneo.
