2017 was a busy year for building and redevelopment at Galen Catholic College. This sequence of photos shows the progressive construction of the Galen Resource Centre, which housed the new Galen Library and the IT Assistance Hub. Dave Seiter became Galen Catholic College's 2nd lay principal in 2002, taking over from Mr. Max Fletcher. Mr. Seiter served as the school principal until the end of 2009. During his time as our principal, many building projects were undertaken including the Galen Catholic College Junior Library & Junior School. Students at all year levels at Galen Catholic College have the opportunties to go on various trips, camps and excursions. In 2008, the Year 7 students went on a trip to Melbourne.
