Ministry at Sandhurst, Kyneton, Brighton, Woollahra (NSW), Victoria Pde East Melbourne, Fremantle (WA), Ascot Vale, Without settlement (1898), East Malvern & Caulfield, Maldon Essex (UK) 1900–1909, Surrey Hills, Hampton, Gardenvale (concluded 1921).
