Mr Murray Jones was the owner of the land directly behind this house at 27 Good Governs Rd.He later purchased more of the surrounding land. In 2009 his land was sold by the executors of his estate for $3.5 million . Part of the land bordered Irvine St and at no 12 a development of 27 unit was erected.
