The Diamond Valley Mirror was a local newspaper in the 1960's. The article is about a large loan that the City of Heidelberg took out to fund civic improvements in the North Riding.The loan was for 50,000 pounds to fund among other things the Greensborough Swimming Pool and the second stage of Diamond Creek Water Supply scheme.
