Dederang (and Tawonga) were known as Little River before the SEC commenced work. These papers give early detail of the farming community and their activities in the valley from early records and prior to the SEC arriving in the late 1940s.These papers and the book (1854-1956) give a detailed history of the town of Dederang in the Kiewa Valley.
