Booklet is made up of one page folded in half to make up four pages, and is made of thickened cream paper with a frilled edge on the front page. Front page shows the masonic square and compass symbol in gold print, with information on the ceremony in blue ink, surrounded by a raised embossed border. All text printed in blue ink.
