Six photos of several members of the Dodd family and their connection through marriage with the Goudie family John Dodd son of Irish pioneer settler George Dodd owned Brimbank Farm now Brimbank Park for many years He married Mary Goudie in 1895 George Dodd came out from Ireland as an assisted migrant in 1840 with his four sisters Mary Delahey Bridget McIntyre Margaret Fitzgerald and Jane He married Mary Coffey and they settled at Oakly Park where nine children were born including John who later owned nearly Brimbank Farm now Brimbank Park George supervised the building of St Augustines Keilor The Dodd family had close links with this church overy many yearssusan dodd, jane goudie
