This item was donated by Flight Lieutenant Norman John Russell (013587) who was an Engineer in the Royal Australian Air Force. He served in Vietnam with No.9 Squadron in July 1966 and June 1970 to June 1971.On cream paper with the word "Loose Minute" above the Department of Air Minute Paper is an 'original' document/minute paper written by Flt Lt Russell to all members of the Technical Flight for their co-operation and thanking his crew for their good work.
