Tram built in Melbourne in 1916 for the Hawthorn Tramways Trust. Taken over by the Melbourne and Metropolitan Tramways Board in 1920. Sold to Electric Supply Co. of Victoria for use in Ballarat and numbered 26. Painted the SEC colours in 1936 - dark cream and green. Back to original ESCo. colours of Indian Red and Dark Cream in 1978. Converted back to California combination configuration in 1978-87.Large colour photograph - laminated. Tram painted Indian Red and Gold with number 26 on sides and ends.
