"In Memory of the Late FRED BROMLEY First President and Life Member of Narbethong Welfare Association for Visually Handicapped Children and Young Adults Inc 1975-1984. He was made a Life Member in recognition of his tireless services. IN APPRECIATION There is also a digital image of the Braille version of the plaque.
