Awarded annually to the final year student who was considered to have achieved the most outstanding academic performance in Engineering or Science. Two Richard W. Richards Medals (5933.1 in grey box, 2 x University of Ballarat shield and name on verso. 5933.2 in blue box, Ballarat School of Mines shield and name on verso.) and die (5933.3-5).
