Melbourne’s North – the new knowledge economy is a study commissioned by NORTH Link and the Northern Metropolitan Melbourne Area Consultative Sub-Committee with seed funding from the Victorian Government Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development and matching funding from industry, education and local government in Melbourne’s North.
