In 1938, the Otway Football Association initially comprised Beech Forest, Gellibrand, Wyelangta and Carlisle, but altered when Wyelangta and Johanna amalgamated to form Hill Imperials in May, 1938. In the grand final, Hill Imperials and Carlisle met, with Hill imperials emerging victors 13-4, 82 points, to Carlisle 7-15, 57 points, to become 1938 Premiers.Two-handled urn-shaped cup with knobbed lid.
