As the former j Kitchen & Sons site was being cleared, Lionel Layfield, who had worked at the site for many years undertook several pictorial perimeter surveys. Dated also by Glen Cosham who was a Councillor when Woodruff St was sealed and this did not occur until after Oct 1977, probably early 1978.
