In 2004, three state based blindness organisations (RBS, RVIB, VAF) asked it's member to vote upon a merger. On July 27, 2004 this letter was sent out to audio-profiled members to advise that their membership in RBS, RVIB or VAF would automatically be transferred to the new entity - RBS.RVIB.VAF Ltd. Attached was a copy of the Constitution of RBS.RVIB.VAF Ltd (which came to be known as Double Dot), for clients to read.
