Articles related to the Victorian Deaf & Dumb Institution, Victorian School for Deaf Children, Deaf Children Australia, the deaf community and other relevant topics. The newspapers included are Melbourne, regional and interstate. Much of the collection was put together by the publicity officer of the time. A clipping service was used in the later years.
