Rev. Pecelli Ratawa was an ordained minister of the Fijian Methodist Church. He did not become a minister of the UCA, but served in various parishes throughout Victoria. He retired to East Geelong, and died in about 2010 or 2011. Widow's name is Wendy.Rev.
