A Greensborough Rotaract group was formed in 1970. The photograph shows Sandra Schuck, receiving the Rotaract charter from Royce Abbey with Shirley Fawkner and Bruce Morgan in background. Bruce Morgan was president of Greensborough Rotary in 1970.Bruce Morgan was the first Shire Secretary (1964-1983) of the Shire of Diamond Valley.
