A brown coloured card board cover with black information on the front. Top right hand corner handwritten in ink is the name Sgt Vandenberg. Below the bos with the restricted information reads W.O. Code No. 5691 and in the midde of the cover are the details of the booklet. There is a faint rubber stamp under 1950 which reads RAAMC School.
