An account of the impact of the Boer War upon the community of Bacchus Marsh. Like many communities across Australia Bacchus Marsh saw a number of men enlist in the military forces and participate in the conflict in South Africa between Great Britain and its allies such as Australia against the Boer forces in South Africa in the early 1900s. This work documents this history from the perspective of the individual soldiers involved and the way the community responded to this conflict.
