The copy of the photograph in the LDHS collection was donated from the estate of Mag Gorman, and was identified as the Catholic Church at Berringa, which was moved after the gold mining days to Willowvale, where it burnt down in the bushfires of 1944. 2. The same photograph is on p. 249 of Joan Hunt's book "Springdallah", where it is identified as St Mark's Church of England, Happy Valley.
