There is a dark coloured double door with windows on either side and above it. There are large clerestory windows on the front and side of the building. A low pale brick fence capped with darker brick runs beside the footpath. An older weatherboard building with a rusty iron roof is partially visible behind the main church building. -

The table was used in St Martins Anglican Church... in St Martins Anglican Church at Belgrave South, and was removed ...The table was used in St Martins Anglican Church at Belgrave South, and was removed to the new St Martins Anglican Church in the 1980s. In the 2000s it was donated to the Historical Society.This is a wooden rectangular communion table, enclosed on three sides and open at the back. There is a single shelf extending the full width and depth and accessible from the back. There are mitre-shaped panels on all three sides. On the left side (as viewed from the body of the church) is affixed a metal plaque. See below for inscription.On plaque: "As a thank offering in memory of Mrs A. The photo shows the wooden altar, covered with a gold and white altar cloth and a white lace overlay. On the top are two candlesticks and a small vase with flowers, and behind them in a raised part are two larger vases with flowers and a cross on the top of a stepped plinth. The top of the altar is surrounded by riddels (curtains) supported by riddel posts. On the wall behind the altar is the stained glass window, 'The Light Of The World'. In front of the altar on the right can be seen part of the railing between the sanctuary and the nave. -

The photo shows the street face of the building with dark-stained timbers. These were probably the original oiled weatherboards which were used in 1928. In front of the church is a wide wire gate and a smaller wired gate, and part of a fence can be seen on the right. There are shrubs planted against the church wall and a noticeboard is attached to the front wall of the sanctuary. The sign says 'St Martins Church of England' but the rest is illegible. Tall trees can be seen behind the building. -
