Strepsils antiseptic lozenges were used as a treatment for a sore throat. This tin dates to late 20th century. Strepsils throat lozenges were introduced in 1958 by the Boots Company. Strepsils was one of the Boots Healthcare brands acquired by Reckitt Benckiser in 2006.
