This bean cutter would have had a local donor but has no provenance. This is representative of a style of kitchen utensil used for food preparation in the 2nd half of the 20th century.'Swift Bean Cutter'. Green plastic handle which has a slight curve for ease of holding and which has maker's inscription. Cutting section has a secured cutting blade and two apertures for coarse and fine slicing against the cutting blade.On handle: 'SWIFT'
