The Boyd family think that this came from Robin Boyd's mother's house. Edith Susan Boyd, Robin’s mother, had a wonderful selection of earthenware crockery storage containers in her pantry, a huge walk-in room with open shelves off the kitchen. This scoop was needed to get any content out of these containers.Aluminium scoop (large) with handleThailand" "240 oz" on handle.cookware, gadget, walsh st kitchenware, robin boyd -

Photo - Mt Bogong, Towanga, Possibly early 1900s
Towanga & Mt Bogong. Mt Bogong is actually the mountain on the left at the back. Early maps spelt Tawonga differently to the current day spelling 'Tawonga'. The haystack and fence indicate that the photo may have been taken at the turn of the century. The exotic trees are not very old. This seems to be an early photo of Tawonga showing older style fencing and haystack and vegetation in the area.Black and white photo with title at the bottom middle - "Mt Bogong / Towanga (sic), Victoria Modern light brown wooden frame with black cardboard back triangular hook and black cardboard stand attached.
