In 1990 City Librarian Wendy MORRIS commissioned Pat GRAINGER to co-ordinate a State and Council funded oral history project, the final product of which was a book printed in time for the 1992 Port Melbourne Festival. Situated at 405 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, the store was sold in 2007 to be converted into Medical Chambers & apartments.
