Comprises: 1 - three preprinted "Articles on Contract" completed in ink for the relevant contract clauses for the builder - Wilson Sly of Elsternwick by the Architect Inskip & Kemp. for the sum of 397 pounds, dated 14/5/1910. 2 - 7 ruled sheets with TE watermark and a hand written specification for the work with pencil notes.
